Newsletter 160: You Are Not Alone
🧠You Are Not Alone

Hello everyone,
I'm Matt Ivey, your fellow neurodivergent and dyslexic thinker. In this edition of our newsletter, I want to share some personal insights and experiences, hoping to provide support and reassurance to our community.
You Are Not Alone
Firstly, I want to remind each one of you that you're not alone. If you've ever found yourself questioning your unique way of thinking or feeling, know that it's a common part of our neurodivergent journey. We all have moments of self-doubt and questioning, but these moments don't define us.
Harnessing the Power of AI Technology
In my journey, I've found immense support in AI technologies like Language Models (LLMs), chat, GPT, and others. I use these tools daily to assist with my business and life, and they've been absolute game-changers. I believe these technologies hold immense potential for all of humanity, especially for us neurodivergent thinkers.
If you're new to these technologies, I encourage you to explore them. They might just provide you with a new vision or the confidence to try something new. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and embrace these tools.
Overcoming Self-Doubt
As neurodivergent thinkers, we often experience imposter syndrome and rejection sensitivity. It's okay to have these feelings, but remember, they don't define your worth or capabilities.
Expressing and sharing your thoughts and feelings is a healthy process. Even if it doesn't resonate with everyone, it's helping you grow and understand yourself better. So, keep expressing, keep sharing, and most importantly, keep growing.
Embrace Your Unique Thinking
In conclusion, I want to remind you to embrace your unique way of thinking. Remember, thinking outside the box is an asset, not a disability. Your unique perspective is a gift, and it's something to be proud of.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. Your support is appreciated, and I hope my experiences can provide some comfort and reassurance to you. Remember, you're not alone, and together, we can navigate the unique challenges and joys of being neurodivergent.
Stay strong, stay positive, and keep thinking outside the box!
Best,
Matt Ivey
